This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.214 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 324 of IPC r/w 23 of Juvenile Justice Act 2000, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.214 of 2012 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.129 of 2014 before the concerned Magistrate and the next hearing date is on 08.03.2019.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
