ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's daughter Chandralekha, aged about 22 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that her daughter Chandralekha, aged about 22 years is in the illegal custody of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the third respondent and that the police are not taking effective steps to secure her.

3.Today, Mr.P.Gokul Rajan, Inspector of Police, Arakonam Taluk Police Station is present. The detenue - Chandralekha, the petitioner and the third respondent are also present. 4.When enquired by us, Chandralekha stated that her date of birth is 06.01.1998 and she got married to the third respondent on 28.09.2020. She has also stated that she is not in the illegal custody of anyone.

5.In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
