ORDER
The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondent bank to furnish all the details pertaining to the 1st petitioner's husband's loan account, on the basis of the petitioners' representation dated 28.03.2013 enabling them to repay the loan amount due to the bank.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pursuant to the initiation of O.A.No.81 of 2015 before the Debt Recovery Tribunal II, Chennai, the relief sought herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2013 is closed.
