Vs 1 MR.ASOKAN [ RESPONDENTS ] 2 MRS.UMARANI 3 RAJESH BABU Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 124 days in preferring an Appeal as against the Final Award dated 4th February 2019, passed in M.C.O.P.No.127 of 2016, by the Hon'ble, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Sub Court (MACT), Tiruvarur, at and pass such further or other orders as deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case (IN CMP.No.13749/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.BHUVANASUNDARI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- It is represented that before the trial Court, the respondents remained exparte and they refused to receive the private notice sent by the petitioner.
