for in these petitions, viz., transfer of the accused from one prison to another, has become infructuous, as the accused in both cases have already been released on bail and therefore, the petitions may be closed as infructuous. The said submissions have been endorsed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned Special Government Pleader, who appear for the State.

2. In view of the above submissions, we are of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in these matters. Hence, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
