Heard Mr.Balan Haridas, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr.C.Rajakumar, learned counsel appearing for the second and third respondents.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the Order of this Court has been complied. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has not received travelling allowance and he will make representation in this regard.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for both sides, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
