The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.06.2024, in S.C.No.118 of 2024 on the file of the learned Additional District Court, Kancheepuram, Kancheepuram District for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 380 of IPC Act @ 380, 302, 201, 449 of IPC Act in Crime No.252 of 2024, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner joining hands with other accused trespassed into the house of the deceased, committed murder and taken away 11 sovereigns of gold. Hence, the case.

3. This is the third bail petition filed by the petitioner. Earlier bail petitions filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court by taking note of the fact that the petitioner has got 18 previous cases. Now, there is no change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 22.01.2026 sma 2/4
