Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent police to register the FIR based upon the complaint given by the petitioner as against Santhini wife of Ramesh and (2) Ramesh son of Jayaraman both residing at "Vasanth Apartments" Door No.2, Flat No.2B, Montieth Lane, Egmore, Chennai-600 008, in respect of the complaint given by the petitioner as against the said persons dated 28.11.2014.

ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.11.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police.

3. It appears that a serious allegation of job racketing has been made in the complaint, which disclose the commission of cognizable offence and petition enquiry is also pending. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.639/2014 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
