Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order of the first respondent herein dated 05.03.2015 in Sel.Mu.Na.Ka.No.1146/Ma Sa Aa/2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to remove the seal on the trust office at No.149, Paul Angel Charitable Trust at Village No.204, Chinna Irumbedu Village, Kanchipuram District.

ORDER

When the matter was listed for hearing on 24.03.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 28.03.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today i.e., on 30.03.2023, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
