Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in order dated 26.03.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.7160 of 2018 in CA.No.250 of 2016 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent on ce in a week i.e at 10.00 a.m.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.DEVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.SARATHA DEVI.V, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE [CRL.SIDE] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is a petition seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide its order dated 26.03.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.7160 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.250 of 2016. 2.This Court, by its earlier order dated 26.03.2018 imposed a condition inter alia to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m. pending disposal of the appeal. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant, the condition has been duly complied with from the date of order till date. The said fact has also been acknowledged by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. In view of the above, the petitioner has moved this petition to further relax the condition.

3.Accepting the submission put forth on behalf of the petitioner/appellant and also after hearing the learned Government Advocate for the respondent, the condition imposed against the petitioner/appellant, viz., to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m. is relaxed and the same is modified to the effect that the petitioner/appellant shall appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
