Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the orders in (1) Na.Ka.No.13656/2013/A4, dated 01.10.2015 of the 3rd respondent (2) Na.Ka.No.Ser.4(1)/47821/2012, dated 10.09.2015 of the 2nd respondent and (3) Mu.Mu.No.39307/2011/A5, dated 23.12.2011; of the 4th respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to count the period of service rendered by the petitioner in the same Category of Typist in the Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service from (i) 21.12.1995 to 03.03.1998 in the Department of Municipal Administration (ii) 04.03.1998 till 03.05.2000 in Rural Development Department along with the Services rendered by the petitioner in the Revenue Department as Typist from 11.05.2000 onwards for the purpose of granting Selection Grade benefits and all other consequential benefits with interest on delayed payment. ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner died and he has no instructions from the Legal Heirs of the petitioner. Further, he seeks liberty for the Legal Heirs of the petitioner to approach this Court, if anything survives in the case.
