2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the final order rejecting the request of the petitioner for conferment of permanent status has been passed by the 1st respondent on 27.04.2023 2/4

and the instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging only the Interlocutory Application. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the above Writ Petition and the same has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
