J U D G M E N T

A perusal of the records shows that notice regarding admission was issued on 15.02.2007 and till date no notice was issued to the respondent and subsequently the sole respondent died and till date no steps were taken by the appellant.

2. Moreover, a perusal of the orders passed on 13.06.2019 by Lok Adalat also shows that the Transport Corporation though had challenged the award dated 05.01.2004 passed in M.C.O.P.No.103 of 1995 is not interested in prosecuting the case.

3. In such circumstances, the appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
