This petitioner has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Cr.No.1213 of 2015 under Section 294(b), 323 and 506(II) of IPC on the file of the respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.1213 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent police. 3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
