These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 144 days in filing the above appeals.

Mr.V.Vijay Shankar, learned counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are accordingly ordered.
