ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 28.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28894 of 2024, to the effect that the petitioner shall sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and he shall also appear before the trial court hearings regularly without fail. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that S.C.No.137 of 2024 is filed for framing of charges before the learned Additional District Judge, Kancheepuram.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional District Judge, Kancheepuram on all hearing dates without fail.
