W.M.P.No.877 of 2020 in W.P.No.31783 of 2018 M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., and R.HEMALATHA, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing the petition for restoration of the Writ Petition in W.P.No.31783 of 2018 which came to be dismissed on 17.06.2019.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muthu Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent. Though the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent make a strong opposition as to the condonation of delay as well as the merits of the Writ Miscellaneous Petition itself, this Court having taken note of the content of the affidavit, is of the view that the delay in filing a petition is to be condoned.

3. In the result, the present Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay in filing the application for restoration of the Writ Petition, is condoned and now, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition in SR stage is taken up for hearing.
