This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report filed in Crime No.10 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the 2nd respondent, investigation has been completed and filed charge sheet as against the petitioner and four others and the same is yet to be taken on file by the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
