When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent produced the order passed by the respondent dated 19.11.2024 disposing the representation of the petitioner. Since the direction issued in the writ petition is complied with by disposing the representation submitted by the petitioner, the contempt petition is closed. It is for the petitioner to workout his remedy if he is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent.
