This application has been filed to represent the 5th defendant G. Amutha as the guardian and the next friend of the 6th defendant Minor G. Elavarasan.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent has submitted that Minor G. Elavarasan has attained the age of majority and nothing survives in this application and hence the same may be dismissed.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
