This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27489 of 2024 by an order dated 19.11.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 49 days and investigation is pending in this matter.
