CMP.No.2709/2022 in SA.SR.No.104134/2019 S.S.SUNDAR, J., The present petition is filed for condonation of the delay of 710 days in representing the Second Appeal.

2.Apart from giving reasons for the delay, the learned counsel for the petitioner has also stated the inconvenience caused to the petitioner due to State lock down to get proper communication from his counsel.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered and the delay of 710 days in representation is condoned.

3.Registry is to number the Second Appeal if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
