J U D G M E N T
On a perusal of the notes, it is observed that the Registry was directed to print the name of the appellant and the matter was adjourned after a week under the caption "for dismissal". When the matter was listed on 22.03.2017, again there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and once again it was posted for dismissal.
2. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. However, the Registry was directed to post along with CMA No.582 of 2005 on 27.03.2017, but on verification, it is seen from the records that the said CMA was disposed of on 04.12.2007.

3. Hence, in view of the pendency and no representation on behalf of the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
