ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent Tahsildar to issue patta to the petitioner for 900 sq.ft of land having Door No.50 in St.Mary's Road, Abiramapuram, Chennai- 600 018 which is a small piece of land in 62.31 Ares (155 cents) poramboke land in St.Mary's Road, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

having address as Nainar Street in Block No.0088, Field Survey No.3977, based on the patta application submitted by the petitioner on 19.02.2021 bearing Number 133020811-479120.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 19.02.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
