This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for having willfully disobeyed the order passed by this Court on 08.04.2021, made in W.P.No.6436 of 2021.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court in W.P.No.6436 of 2021 dated 08.04.2021 has been complied with by the respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.517/2024/A2 dated 12.06.2024, and a copy of the same has also been served to the petitioner dated 14.06.2024.

3. In view of the aforesaid proceedings, this contempt petition stands closed.
