The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 26.12.2016 for granting educational loan.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the said application was made as early as on 26.12.2016, the same was not considered so far.
4. The learned counsel for the respondent Bank submitted that the said request of the petitioner will be considered and the orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner, only by directing the respondent Bank to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2016 and pass orders on the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
