This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to register an FIR on the complaint dated 15.04.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.92 of 2016 and on a complaint given by the opposite party, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.83 of 2016 by the respondent Police and that both the complaints were enquired into and closed on 20.04.2016.

4. Recording his submission, the respondent Police is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
