ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to update the revenue records to reflect the correct location and measurements of the petitioner's plot No.649 in the approved layout vide No.D.T.C.P. No.84/119/L.P.103, RC No.2495 of 1984 dated 16.06.1984 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that in the revenue records, the correct location and measurements of the petitioner's plot No.649 in the approved layout vide No.D.T.C.P. No.84/119/L.P.103, RC No.2495 of 1984 dated 16.06.1984 has not been revealed. The petitioner seeks for correction of the revenue records so as to reflect the correct location and measurements of the petitioner's plot No.649 in the approved layout vide No.D.T.C.P. No.84/119/L.P.103, RC No.2495 of 1984 dated 16.06.1984. The petitioner had given a representation on 22.09.2025 to the official respondents to update the revenue records so as to reflect the correct location and measurements of the petitioner's plot No.649 in the approved layout vide No.D.T.C.P. No.84/119/L.P.103, RC No.2495 of 1984 dated 16.06.1984. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, this writ petition has

been filed.

3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent if any within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2025, seeking to update the revenue records to reflect the correct location and measurements of the petitioner's plot No.649 in the approved layout vide No.D.T.C.P. No.84/119/L.P.103, RC No.2495 of 1984 dated 16.06.1984 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent if any.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
