This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the complaint filed in FIR.No.92/2015 dated 23.03.2015 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pennagram Police Station, Pennagram Dharmapuri and to quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.92 of 2015 has been completed and the charge sheet also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pennagram.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
