ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.01.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It appears that the the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent through post and thereafter, given a complaint in person to the 1st respondent. In the facts of this case, this Court directs the petitioner to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the 1st respondent police and on receipt of the same, the 1st respondent police shall enquire into the complaint and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
