The matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the Appellant.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the Judgment dated 05.02.2021 in A.S.No.597 of 2010 in paragraph No.4 of the order has wrongly mentioned as 1st respondent/Ponnusamy instead of 1st respondent/N.Balasubramanian.

3. Accepting the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, the paragraph No.4 of the order dated 05.02.2021 in A.S.No.597 of 2010, reads as follows :

"From the facts of the case, this Court finds that the right in the property is indivisible R2 and R3 have been held as the owner of the property based on a will executed by one Muthammal. They both had sold the property to 1st respondent/N.Balasubramanian. On failure of bringing the LR's of the deceased vendor, the entire suit gets abated."

4. Registry is directed make necessary correction in the order of this Court dated 05.02.2021 in A.S.No.597 of 2010 and issue fresh order copy. 24.04.2023 Lpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
