When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent/Corporation produced a copy of the proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.3945/2018/M.A1, dated 20.06.2018 issued by the Respondent and submitted that the order under contempt has been complied with.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that if the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings of the Respondent, he may be given liberty to challenge the same.

Taking into account the proceedings produced by the learned Government Advocate, as the order under contempt has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is needless to mention that if the Petitioner is aggrieved by any portion of the Respondent's proceedings dated 20.06.2018, it is open to the Petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
