J U D G M E N T

(Judgment was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This Writ Appeal arises from the order dated 29.04.2015 passed by this court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.9674 of 2015, in and by which, the request of the appellant for grant of stay, was rejected.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ appeal, the main writ petition viz., W.P.No.9674 of 2015 itself was disposed of, along with WP.No.8445 of 2015, by order dated 21.11.2019 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this writ appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
