This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 25.12.2015 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is an employee in Titan Watch Company and that for some misconduct he is facing disciplinary action by the Management. As a counter blast, the petitioner has given the present complaint dated 25.12.2015 alleging that the Enquiry Officer is threatening the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complainant. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be issued to register an FIR. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
