Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to set aside the order passed by the learned XVII th Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in M.P.No.499 of 2015 dated 20.05.2015 and to direct the respondent to register FIR and to consider the petitioner's oral and documentary evidences and informations and to file the final report by proper investigation.

ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the the learned XVII th Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet. 2.It is seen from records that based on the complaint filed by the petitioner under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C, the Court below has passed an order to direct the respondent police to register an FIR. The very same order is challenged by the petitioner in this petition.

3.It is not known as to the developments that took place after the registration of FIR, pursuant to the orders passed by the learned XVII th Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet. Therefore, this Court does not want to pass any order in this petition at this stage.
