ORDER
This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Additional District Special Court under Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15325 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23467 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024.
2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15325 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23467 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
