ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 24.12.2022 of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused one Jefry Anderson along with Jeriya Anderson had trespassed into the house of the petitioner on 23.12.2022 at 10 pm and scolded the petitioner in filthy language and took photos of the petitioner's wife and daughter in their cell phones and a death threat was also made. Therefore, complaint dated 24.12.2022 was given and the FIR was registered by the respondent police. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner filed this petition.

3. In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in CSR No.882 of 2022. Both the parties had appeared for 2/4

enquiry and given statement that they resolved the dispute and want no further action on the complaint. Therefore, the petition enquiry was closed.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate that the dispute between the parties have been resolved, this Court is of the view that no further order is required. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
