ORDER
By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2024 for regularization and approval of the appointment as Vocational Teachers along with the proposal for regularization of the Vocational Teachers as per the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.13758/V1/E1/2013 dated 27.02.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as a Vocational Instructor from 01.03.2021 at National Higher Secondary School, Villupuram District. In the meanwhile, there are many vocational teachers who were recruited after 20.09.1996, apart from 201 persons who were regularized as per G.O.Ms.No.35, Department of School Education, dated 09.02.2007. Now, there are only about 171 eligible persons out of 622 persons mentioned in the said Government Order. Thereafter, the second respondent has called for a report from the fourth respondent of all districts regarding the list of persons who were appointed prior to 09.02.2007 and who are yet to be regularized. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 02.12.2024 for regularization and approval of the appointment as Vocational Teacher, but as it did not evoke any response, it has necessitated the filing of this Writ Petition.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.12.2024, in accordance with law, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 02.12.2024 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
