When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that there is a typographical error in typing the place of the Court in the prayer portion at first page and paragraph No.10 i.e., instead of "Principal District Judge, Cuddalore" it is wrongly mentioned as "Principal District Judge, Coimbatore". Hence, Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy by making necessary corrections in the prayer portion of the first page and paragraph No.10 as "Principal District Judge, Cuddalore" instead of "Principal District Judge, Coimbatore."
