W.M.P.No.1215 of 2024 in W.P.No.36213 of 2023 P.VELMURUGAN , J., This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the petitioners herein as respondents 5 and 6 in W.P.No.36213 of 2023.

2. Impleading the petitioners herein in the writ petition will not create any right to them. However, the right of the parties will be decided in the main writ petition. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main writ petition within a period of a week.

4.The newly impleaded respondents are directed to file their counter in the main writ petition within a period of two weeks.
