This Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the judgment and decree dated 15.02.1999 in A.S.No.90 of 1998 on the file of the Additional District Court, Tiruvannamalai against the judgment and decree dated 06.04.1998 passed in O.S.No.845 of 1984 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruvannamalai.

It is seen from the docket orders that there was no representation on behalf of the appellants in both the appeals from 19.03.2018 onwards.

2.When the matters was taken up for hearing on 04.06.2019 also, there was no representation for the appellant in both appeals, and hence, this Court directed the Registry to list these appeals under the caption 'for dismissal' on 06.06.2019. 3.Today, when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of appellants, inspite of the matters being listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Hence, these Second Appeals are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
