ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police to Register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.11.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.62 of 2012 and he was arrested and released on bail. Now it is alleged by the petitioner that public, who had given complaint against him are now disturbing him. If there is any threat to the life of the petitioner, liberty is given to the petitioner to lodge a written compliant before the jurisdictional police and such complaint is being filed, the jurisdictional police is directed to enquire the same and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
