While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 25.01.2019, this Court directed the First Additional District Munsif, Erode, to complete the trial in E.P.No.52 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

2. This Court has received a communication dated 29.07.2019 from the learned Principal District Judge, Erode, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 25.01.2019, passed in this Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by two months from today to comply with the order dated 25.01.2019 passed by this Court in this Civil Revision Petition.
