2.Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel, who filed this revision on behalf of the petitioner, had filed an affidavit stating that the petition was returned by the Registry finding certain defects. The bundle got mixed up with other papers in his office and later it was traced out, defects rectified and represented. Hence, the delay of 152 days has occurred.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by Mr.N.Suresh, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
