The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the learned Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court on 10.01.2024 was unable to repossess the vehicle as the vehicle in question was involved in a criminal case and a FIR is pending as against the respondent. Hence, prays for liberty to move suitable application before the learned Arbitral Tribunal.
2. Considering the fact that the learned Advocate Commissioner had visited Hyderabad for two days in connection to execute the warrant, a sum of Rs.20,000/- is directed to be paid towards additional remuneration.
3. Recording the same, the application stands closed.
