Deputy Official Liquidator Mr.Bavisetty Sridhar, who is before this Company Court in this web hearing on a video conferencing platform, has email filed a memo dated 11.09.2020 which reads as follows:

Adverting to the aforementioned memo dated 11.09.2020, learned Deputy Official Liquidator submits that recently, after filing of captioned application, it has come to the notice of the Official Liquidator that some jewellery is available in the locker qua company under liquidation and this is the reason why the aforementioned memo has been filed. If this is the case, it would only benefit the Creditors and therefore, this court is inclined to permit the applicant Official Liquidator to withdraw the captioned application preserving the rights of the Official Liquidator to take out a fresh application with the same prayer in future as and when need arises.

Captioned application is dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of Official Liquidator / applicant in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
