ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the Court below to entertain the complaint filed by the petitioner.

2. It is seen from records that the Court below had returned the compliant on the ground that the occurrence had taken place at Redhills and hence directed the petitioner to present the complaint before the proper forum. The petitioner instead of presenting the complaint before the proper forum, has once again represented the complaint before the same court.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the cause of action for the present case has arisen at Redhills and the proper forum to present the complaint is to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Poonamallee. The petitioner is given liberty to present the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

compliant before the Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee and work out her remedy in accordance with law.
