ORDER

[This case has been heard through video conference] This court, by order dated 09.03.2020 in W.P.No.5820 of 2020, directed the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner for deletion of

the names of V.Elumalai, V.Thirumalai and S.Sangettha from the revenue records in respect of S.Nos.60/13B, 107/4, 107/5A1, 107/6A1, 107/7A1, 107/8A1, 41/5A, 60/12, 60/14A1, 60/15, 60/8, 62, 198/3B, 198/3A, 199/1A situated at Theppriampattu Revenue Vilage, Melmalayanur Taluk, Villupuram District and to the above said persons and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Alleging contempt of order of this court, the petitioner has come forward with the present contempt petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the order of this court, the respondent has conducted enquiry and passed a final order on 09.04.2021.

3. Considering the fact that the the respondent has already passed an order pursuant to the order of this court, no further adjudication is required in this matter.
