Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in connection with the order of Detention passed by the second respondent dated 09.12.2024 in C3/DO/102/2024 against the petitioner's son Veeramani Male aged 25 years s/o.Natesan who is confined at Central Prison, Cuddalore and set

aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M. JOTHIRAMAN, J.) The order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings dated 09.12.2024 in C3/DO/102/2024 is sought to be quashed in the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. 3.In view of the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
