The appellant/insurance company is aggrieved by the Impugned order dated 31.12.2002 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour in W.C.No.6 of 2001. By the Impugned order, the Deputy Commissioner of Labour has awarded a sum of Rs.52,850/- as compensation

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the amount has been withdrawn by the claimant.
