J U D G M E N T

The appellant/insurance company is aggrieved by the Impugned order dated 31.12.2002 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Labour in W.C.No.6 of 2001. By the Impugned order, the Deputy Commissioner of Labour has awarded a sum of Rs.52,850/- as compensation

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the amount has been withdrawn by the claimant. Even though three substantial questions of law have been raised in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, since the amount has been ordered and has also been withdrawn by the claimant, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Recording the above submissions made by the learned
